Through an exclusive relationship with Walls Outdoor Goods, Kevlar® will now be a key ingredient in a new line of outdoor workwear, helping to make the collection one of the toughest, most dependable apparel lines available for working in demanding conditions.

BANGALORE, KA (December 16, 2014) – Leading global workwear maker Williamson-Dickie Mfg. Co. has signed an exclusive licensing agreement with ID Overseas Private Limited.  The agreement authorizes the sale of Dickies® licensed workwear products in India, Pakistan, Nepal, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka. The initial licensing agreement is for ten years and allows the workwear company to more effectively serve customers with a comprehensive, efficient business solution for all possible uniform and workwear needs.

FORT WORTH, TEXAS (December 12, 2014) – Leading global workwear maker Williamson-Dickie Mfg. Co. today announced a new men’s premium apparel license for its flagship Dickies® brand with Whispering Smith (WSNY), an established European apparel company with operations in New York City. The license – titled Dickies CONSTRUCT – will combine authentic Dickies® construction and signature design details with a contemporary fashion approach to workwear. The new men’s premium collection will include knit and woven shirts; sweaters; outerwear (hoodies, jackets); denim jeans; and bottoms (pants, shorts).

This most recent addition to Dickies’ extensive portfolio of licensees allows the American heritage brand to deliver a broad spectrum of work- and work-inspired offerings that include men’s, women’s, juniors’ and kids’ apparel; bags; footwear; belts; socks; medical wear; headwear; sunglasses; and more.

Co. today announced a new licensing agreement with Jerry Leigh of California to become the exclusive licensee for Dickies Girl juniors’ apparel. This most recent addition to Dickies’ extensive portfolio of licensees allows the leading global work wear brand to deliver a broad spectrum of work wear and work-inspired lines, including men’s, women’s, juniors’ and kids’ apparel; bags; footwear; belts; socks; medical wear; headwear; and sunglasses.  Products under the juniors’ license will include work and fashion tops, bottoms, and outerwear; plus juniors’ underwear, sleepwear, and loungewear.

Co. portfolio of brands, today announced the results of a recent study performed in the food service industry. The study was conducted by independent research firm ConsumerDNA and included interviews with more than 1,000 active industry professionals from fast food/quick service, casual dining or fine dining restaurants.

The study revealed that Dickies rates highest on quality, durability and comfort among food service professionals, which includes chefs, cooks, servers and greeters. A key finding in the study is that one in four restaurant workers wear Dickies pants on the job, outpacing competing brands 3-to-1. Restaurant workers also ranked Dickies as the “best brand” amongst their workwear choices, specifically due to key product features and benefits desired by the workers, as well as the overall value of Dickies workwear.

FORT WORTH, TEXAS (July 24, 2014) – Leading global workwear maker Williamson-Dickie Mfg. Co. has acquired North East Rig Out Ltd. (NERO), an Aberdeen, UK-based workwear manufacturer specializing in the oil and gas industry. Established in 1995, NERO is also a head-to-toe personal protective equipment (PPE) solutions provider. The acquisition was completed by Williamson-Dickie’s European division on July 18, 2014.

Fort Worth, Texas (April 28, 2014) – Walls®, a Williamson-Dickie Mfg. Co. brand and leading provider of workwear and hunting gear, today announced a new licensing agreement with Oilfield CamoTM. Walls will be the exclusive apparel licensee of Oilfield Camo, adding to the breadth of product now targeting the oil and gas industry.
